Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN
A Fortune 500 employer is in current need of a highly-motivated Technical Support Specialist to join their team to assist with some major initiatives and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their current skillset by working in a top enterprise level environment. The right individual needs to be comfortable working onsite.
· Technical Experience. A minimum of 3 years of previous technical support experience required, including recent Tier 2 experience and time spent working with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, desktop support, mobile device management, familiarity with ITIL, in addition to other related tasks/systems. The right candidate will also have previous experience support Mac operating systems.
· Education. This individual should have a Bachelors or Associates degree in a related technical field. Ideally, they will also hold relevant certifications, including but not limited to, CompTIA A+ and Network +.
· Team Player. The individual in this role needs to be able to jump in and assist the team in different areas as needed.
· Excellent Communicator. Execute quickly and provide necessary communication to the team, both written and verbal.
