Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IAM with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
Strong experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for customizing and integrating SailPoint solutions.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Hands-on experience with access governance, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor a team of both onshore and offshore consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Work independently to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Engage with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their business needs and configure solutions accordingly.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and support go-live activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Successfully led at least five Oracle Talent Management implementations.
Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of consultants (both offshore and onshore).
Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines efficiently.
Healthcare industry experience is required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Suite.
Experience with system integrations and reporting tools.
Oracle Cloud certifications in Talent Management are a plus.
