Join the Lucid Team

  • We'll cut to the chase. Here is the stuff you really want to know:

-Competitive base plus commission pay model

-Short sales cycle (averages about a month) and high deal value.

-Work from home with occasional in office meetings - You can be located anywhere in the Eastern time zone, but if you aren’t local to Central IN, this would mean quarterly trips to Indy.

-Great health insurance with 50% of premium paid

    -Retirement offering with match

    -Dad Joke Tuesdays

-$50 monthly reimbursement for cell phone and $50 monthly reimbursement for home internet

-Equipment, marketing materials, swag, training, and general guidance that you need to be successful

    What We Need to Know:

-Do you have staffing sales OR other sales experience in the tech space? This is important to us as not all sales experience translates to this industry

-Do you have an extensive network, ideally in the tech industry? Who you know really does matter in this world.

-So you don't know every IT leader in your area? That's fine. Will you not hesitate to pick up the phone and try to get to know them? This is where the answer needs to be yes.

-In addition to the phone, are you open to sending authentic, personalized emails, meeting for coffee, attending community meetups, and whatever else it takes to build your book? We hope you can say yes.

    The Other Stuff:

There is an amazing team of seasoned recruiters (we may be biased but they are some of the best in the industry) ready to fill the roles that you bring in. They are eager to put more people to work and aren't afraid of the not so perfect opportunities that sales can often find.

We are growing (this should be obvious considering this post) and want only the best along for the ride. There is a ton of upside in joining Lucid right now. We are established and stable, but still young enough and small enough that we are open to change when needed. Have an idea of how we can be doing something even better? Let's hear it.

We take care of our internal folks, our consultants, our clients, and our vendors. If you are associated with Lucid, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. We aren't staffing a-holes.

Not to brag, but we have won a bunch of awards. We were recently named a top Women-Owned Business in Indiana. We have been named one of the fastest growing companies in Indiana by the IBJ and in the country, appearing several times on the Inc 5000 list. Just to name a few.

Sales isn't for everyone. Staffing sales definitely isn't for everyone, but if you are up for a challenge and like the sounds of working with a team that throws unmatched customer events, gives back (both locally and nationally), isn't overly metric driven or requires a full sales quota reset each year, will let you sell however you are most successful and just genuinely knows how to have a good time, then maybe Lucid is just what you have been scrolling LinkedIn looking to find.
